Young Washington Author to Have Online Interview about Debut Novel on March 21st, 2005, at 7PM EST.

(PRWEB) March 20, 2005 -- Brian Palmers debut novel, The Last Page, was recently released by PublishAmerica and is gathering a grassroots following across the United States.

The contemporary dramatic novel, which has been featured in the Seattle Times, is set in both California and Washington state, and is a story of love, forgiveness, closure, the redemptive power of second chances, and the loss/restoration of faith in various aspects of life.

The tale is centered around an outgoing barista named Karen Sanders, who has a troubled past which keeps her from trusting others, and a mysterious man named Travis Miller, who comes into her place of business, The Coffee Cove, every single day and writes on his laptop without saying a word to anyone.

Andrew Griffin of The Town Talk in Louisiana says there is an "appealing honesty and wholesomeness to the story," and Jean Peerenboom of the Green Bay Press-Gazette calls it "a good debut [which offers an interesting story." Additionally, Andy Boynton of The University of Puget Sound's Arches publication says the book "vividly details young, single, post-graduate life and carries a weird appeal."

This will be a re-broadcast of an interview the former San Francisco Bay Area resident conducted with Ohio's ArtistFirst Radio Network back in January.

The first chapter of his novel can be viewed at http://www.writing.com/main/view_item/item_id/814613.

The book is available online everywhere, including his publisher's site, www.publishamerica.com, in addition to being available by special order at major booksellers like Border's and Barnes & Noble. The ISBN number is 1-4137-2453-1

If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact Mr. Palmer via email at briancpalmer@yahoo.com or call him at 253.752.0392. Palmer is currently writing his next novel and also works as a staff reviewer for Infuze Magazine (www.infuzemag.com).
